Sade is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) with over 23 years Banking experience covering Corporate, Specialized and Commercial Banking.
She began her Banking career with Liberty Bank (now consolidated with United Bank of Africa) and worked in the Corporate Banking Groups of Skye Bank Plc (now Polaris) and First City Monument Bank Limited (FCMB). She was a Regional Executive in Heritage Bank Plc overseeing Corporate Banking and Lagos Division.
Her most salient trait is her intensity, she constantly combines a task-oriented and people-oriented leadership style to create value for all stakeholders.
Dr. Alonge is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and holds MBA from Bangor University Wales, a Master in Applied Business Research and Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland. She has attended several local and international leadership trainings from reputable institutions including University of Colombia, New York and Harvard Business School, Boston USA.
