Mayokun Kehinde Awolola, an LL.B graduate from the University of Ilorin and a barrister-at-law from the Nigerian Law School, has a proven track record in Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management. Starting his legal career at A.Y Mohammed & Co., Mayokun joined SunTrust Savings & Loans Limited in 2011, transitioning to SunTrust Bank Nigeria Ltd. as a pioneer staff member.
As the Company Secretary and Head of Legal since November 2020, he oversees the company secretariat and legal department, demonstrating exceptional expertise in handling company legal matters and governance.
