Ifeoma I. Idigbe is a seasoned finance and business analyst/consultant with a diverse professional background. She holds a first-degree in Pure Sciences and master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resource Management (MA HRM), supplemented by numerous additional courses. Her career began in banking, transitioning from corporate finance to development finance at International Merchant Bank.
She has since worked in banking/finance, advisory services, and entrepreneurship, serving both local and international organizations. In the public sector, she held executive roles at Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority.
Notably, Ifeoma participated in the 2014 National Conference, focusing on agriculture and water resources. She is passionate about people development and organizational culture, evident in her roles as an independent financial/business analyst/consultant and as the Founder & Executive Vice Chairman of boys to MEN Foundation, an NGO promoting responsible masculinity. She is actively involved in various NGOs and serves on the boards of SystemSpecs Group, Remita Payment Systems Limited, Sun Trust Bank Nigeria Limited, DOII Designs Limited, and Waveline Growth Partners.
Additionally, Ifeoma is an educator, teaching Critical Thinking and Public Speaking at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM). She is also a published author and has contributed articles to women’s magazines and co-hosted television talk shows. Her interests include reading, writing, travel, art collection, interior and garden design, and church leadership roles.
