Kudi Badmus is a seasoned financial services expert with over three decades of experience across banking, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with strong expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic leadership.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She has also undertaken several executive programmes, including a Housing Finance course at Wharton Business School, further strengthening her depth in financial systems and institutional development.
Kudi has held several senior executive roles in Banks, other financial institutions and down stream oil and gas. She was pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Sunbeth Energies Ltd , and Executive Director/CFO at Eterna Plc. She previously served as Executive Director at ASO Savings and Loans Plc and had previously held senior leadership roles at Bond Bank (now Polaris Bank) and First City Monument Bank. She began her career at Deloitte Nigeria as an Audit Senior.
She is the Founder and Director of Fort Capital Ltd, where she leads investment strategy and strategic partnerships and currently serves on the boards of Sunbeth Energies Ltd and FuelMetrics Ltd, providing governance and strategic oversight.
As Executive Director, she brings strong expertise in strategy and financial management to support the Bank’s growth agenda.
