Oluwaseun Ogunmodede currently serves as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of SunTrust Bank. He joined the bank in 2022 as the Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting. Prior to his tenure at SunTrust Bank, he held various roles in multiple organizations within the financial services sector.

His professional background spans Commercial and Investment Banking, Asset Management, as well as Audit and Assurance services.
Oluwaseun holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), underscoring his strong professional competence and commitment to financial excellence.
