Suleiman is a Senior Islamic Finance Expert with the Islamic Development Bank Group (Saudi Arabia). He is an AAOIFI Certified Shari’ah Advisor & Auditor and a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA, U.K.) with over a decade of experience in the Global Finance Industry.
As technical advisor, he has established diverse new Islamic banks/financial institutions (FIs), new Islamic banking windows and converted conventional banks to Islamic banks successfully in over 15 Financial Institutions spread across 9 different countries. He was awarded by Ethica Institute, U.A.E for attaining the highest global score (93%) in the Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) program and was also presented an awarded by the National Youth Service Corps (Nigeria) for his contributions to community development. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of Experts at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited.
