Oluwatoyin Ogunseitan, with a Master of Science in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University, has played a pivotal role at SunTrust Bank since 2016. Starting her career at Bond Bank Limited (now Polaris Bank Ltd) in 2003, she has developed a diverse skill set across Foreign Trade Services, Domestic Operations, and Corporate Banking.
Following the banking industry’s consolidation in 2006, she transitioned to Skye Bank Plc, contributing significantly to e-Channels Operations, Branch Operations, and Risk Management. As the Acting Chief Risk Officer, Oluwatoyin has spearheaded initiatives in Enterprise Risk Management and led the bank to achieve ISO 27001 certification in Information Security Management System, earning commendations for her leadership.
